This is paid annually, and it will be around $20 per month. The rent is $1,450.00 per month includes use of 3 car garage. A background check on all adults living in the home will be required. Renter is responsible for all utilities. No smoking in the home. One pet allowed on case by case basis with a non-refundable $500 security deposit. Two vehicles allowed.
