Home has a manager that lives next door to keep everything in great working order. Month to Month lease and based upon good household fit. Some tenants have been in the home for more than two years. Tenant is required to carry renters insurance and proof will need to be provided upon signing of lease. Other tenants in the home are very quiet and drama free. Rent includes all Utilities and lawn maintenance. Washer and Dryer provided in utility room. Tenants are expected to clean up after themselves in the common areas.
