This is Fox Point area. Community is very nice. Very family-oriented and quiet. Very friendly neighbors. Great schools. Playground isn't too far. Not on any major road. The garage is attached to the house and is good for 2 cars. The tenant pays for everything - yard cleaning, snow removal, water, heat, electricity. For any repairs - contact the landlord asap, there will be deductible of $50 per call, but that's all you have to pay for any repair. Month-to-month is an option after the first year. Dogs or cats (or any other pets) are welcome with some extra security deposit. Smoking outside is ok, but inside is not (if I detect any smoke smell inside - I'll withhold full security deposit - if you want to keep security deposit, make sure the smell is not detectable). Basically, I hope you can enjoy full experience of the living in the house - treat it as your own and there will be no hidden surprises from me.
