Looking for someone to take over our lease with an option for either 6 months or 18 months beginning in January (new lease, not a sublet). The location provides easy access to I-95 and is only about 10-15 minutes into Portland (depending where in the city you are going). The house is less than 10 minutes to Pine Point Beach as well. The house has a brand new washer/dryer and new fridge. It has a sizable kitchen, large living room, clean bathroom, and a huge bedroom (used to be 2 bedrooms but had been converted to one large bedroom prior to current tenants moving in). The house has a backyard (with a fenced in area that can either be left or removed depending on what the next tenant wants), driveway, huge basement for strorage, lots of closets, and a small garage with potential access available pending conversation with landlord. Landlord allowed current tenants to have a dog and has given no reason to belive that he would not afford the same opportunity to whoever takes over the lease. Utilities are not included in the rent. Lease available to be taken over Jan 1st with option for 6 or 18 months.
