Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: Dumping or burying trash Inoperable vehicles Hunting, shooting, fireworks ATVs or destructive vehicle use Cutting trees Building structures, fencing, sheds, or pens Failure to maintain the land is a material breach. 7. MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS Tenant must keep the Premises clean, sanitary, and undamaged. Tenant shall promptly report maintenance issues.
