Great neighborhood, awesome neighbors! I have to end my lease early, so you would be taking over my lease. I absolutely love it here and am very sad to be leaving..but can tell you it is an AMAZING apartment. It is always quiet. There is parking on the street as well as 2 large parking lots. (I can usually park literally right in front of my building). I will be moved out probably by May 1st, so thats when it should be available. Sorry that my pets take over all of my pictures...contact me if interested :)
