Currently there is one ag well on the property that was reported to produce 450 gallons per minute. There is also a residential well with a 12'' casing on the north east corner of the property. According to the State Water Resource Board, there is an active licensed riparian water right claim associated with APN No. 009-530-046 for the diversion of 0.44 cubic feet per second (197 gallons per minute) from the adjacent Sacramento River. The water can be diverted from about March 1 to about December 1 of each year. Zoning for the properties is AG-2, Agricultural Valley district with 20-acre minimums.
