Under an hour to Kissimmee Prairie Preserve State Park. An hour and a half to Jensen Beach on Hutchinson Island or Palm beach. *Managers on site 28 day rates only but can stay multiple months. We cover up to $150/month based on each 28 day stay. Tax: All rates listed are pre-tax. Tax is 9%. Deposit: Reservations require a deposit of 50% of total. This is credited toward your balance.
