Access to all resort amenities such as; heated swimming pool, access to canal rim lock, boat ramp, dock, fish cleaning station, laundry, rec room, clubhouse, and community events. About 20 minutes from downtown Okeechobee and the Seminole Bright Bay Casino. Easy access to the Lake Okeechobee Scenic Trail. 10 Minutes from the Big O' Flea Market. Under an hour to Kissimmee Prairie Preserve State Park. An hour and a half to Jensen Beach on Hutchinson Island or Palm beach. *Managers on site Daily, Weekend and 28 day rates available. Utilities: All utilities are included on short term stays. For longer stays, we cover up to $150/month based on each 28 days. Tax: All rates listed are pre-tax. Tax is 9%. Deposit: Reservations require a deposit of 50% of total. This is credited toward your balance. Remaining amount due must be paid at Check-In. Pets: No pets allowed in furnished trailers.
