(If you want to drive trash to a dump that is fine but no excessive trash is to be kept or burnt on property) The tenant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the home, both inside and outside. Excessive outdoor trash is not permitted. A maximum of one stationary RV is allowed on the property. The tenant will be held responsible for any excessive property damage.
