We love this house. It’s a perfect cozy to place to relax in! It has an open living room and kitchen. The kitchen has lots of counter space and freshly painted wood cabinets. A island with extra cabinet space and drawers. It has a large pantry closet in the kitchen. The back deck is off the kitchen facing a nice wooded area. There is plenty of lighting and windows to give it an open airy feel. The hallway is carpeted and leads to the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The smaller of the bathrooms is still a nice size bathroom, with the washer and dryer in the bathroom and a huge floor to ceiling closet built in the bathroom. Plenty of storage space. Two of the bedrooms have laminate wood style flooring. The master bedrooom Is quite large! It has a grand master bath. The master bath has a two person whirlpool tub and a separate walk in tiled shower. The inside of house has been completely painted and fresh carpet in the master bedroom and hallway. My husband built this house for our family when we were just starting out, he built it very solid and added wood cellulose insulation in the walls, so the average electric bill is around $100. The house is all electric. The house sits on a nice wooded 1 acre lot. It has a brand new hot water heater, and stove.
