The living room offers plenty of natural light and includes a couch, occasional chair, poufs, and a big screen Smart TV with cable. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the garage space. Parking is limited at this property. There is guaranteed parking for 1 vehicle directly around the opposite side of the building in spot number 13. Any additional or larger vehicles that cannot fit in the spot can be parked in either spot marked "V" for visitor, but these spots are first come first serve and not guaranteed. A pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes are available. Laguna Point is a hidden gem tucked away on Holiday Isle, right in the heart of Destin. You'll be just minutes from HarborWalk Village, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, Big Kahuna's, and countless restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. Everything is easily accessed by car, and the apartment is centrally located in Destin so in either direction you can find some of the best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. There are also docks along the back of the complex where you and your group can be picked up by the Destin Water Taxi to cruise to the HarborWalk Village or Crab Island. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Trailer, RV, box truck, and watercraft parking is not permitted at any time in the community, and towing fees issued from the HOA apply to any violation of this. Due to this being a residential community, noise ordinances are at 10 PM. Excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. The apartment does not host student groups or groups under age 25 at any time. The beach keycard must be left on the counter at departure, and a $115 fee applies for any lost or damaged keycard. Pets are not permitted at this location. A small dining table and chairs means plenty of room for eating in or working from home.
