    Built in 1949 this home has all of the design charm and sturdy construction that era is known for including original oak hardwood floors that have been completely restored and refinished to a mirrored like finish, cool in the summer and warm in the winter stucco and mesh reinforced inside of a quality wood frame. The driveway has been graveled and the rest of the yard that isn’t grass has river rock and pavers in various designs along with two walkways one in front of the house which provides safe and comfortable access to the house for watering and the other down the side of the driveway providing attractive lighted access to the car port and your vehicles. Every time except the bathroom has ceiling fans and in the attic there is an attic fan and Oliver’s in the ceiling that open to allow fantastic cross ventilation when windows are open in the months that don’t require air conditioning. The final touches to the yards both front and back are the two concrete benches so you can sit in the yard in the morning and have your coffee or just to watch the blue Angels when they light up our skies. AM new appliances will convey including refrigerator, dish washer, stove, washer and dryer.
