Away from the crowds and noise but just minutes from Pier Park, Rosemary Beach, 30a and plenty of great restaurants and other attractions. There is also a separate one-bedroom, one bathroom cottage available. The Lott / Bush family first stuck their toes in the warm, sugary white sand on the west end of Panama City Beach in the late 50?s and haven?t left since. During this time we?ve owned several homes in the Sunnyside community and when given the opportunity in the late 90?s we purchased our current home, Lotts of Sun from a family friend. We have grown up here, raised our kids, grandkids and now great grand kids on this stretch of pristine beach. And, while we certainly appreciate the restaurants, entertainment and shopping at nearby 30A and Pier Park, we are happy that things on our stretch of the beach haven?t changed that much. No high-rise condos or noisy, crowded beaches.
