This is just a really nice solid house. After living here for 7 years or so, the location was just fantastic. I lived in the country for years, and always hated having to drive 15 miles into town for everything. Here, you are only minutes from things you may need, but the neighbor hood is nice and quiet.
Also loved the size of the lot. Plenty of room to park trailers, cars, or just simply going to the fire pit and relaxing.
This house is smaller in sq ft, but that also makes it more affordable for Taxes, Heating / Cooling, and overall future updates. It also has the comfort and character that sometimes new homes just don't have.
