A house flippers dream! Take advantage of my misfortune and make this the home of your dreams. This house does have a serious foundation issues and needs a new central air system in the next year. We have put a 30,000 metal shingle roof on it and I am just asking that you pay off my mortgage. I am selling this home as and if you want anything major repairs done by us, we will have to raise the price to cover the cost. Great quiet neighbor with nice neighbors who keep to themselves.
