My roommate and I unfortunately have to sublet our duplex due to unforeseen personal issues. It's an adorable home, within only a couple miles of downtown Royal Oak, downtown Clawson, and Somerset mall. It's newly renovated. The landlord just finished renovations in May, before we moved in June 1. A new full size washer and dryer were recently installed in the basement, along with all new appliances installed during the renovation. The room with the orange couch pictured is the basement. We added a square of carpet and painted it white to make it look a bit more homey. Very spacious rooms, especially for the area! One is 12x11 and the other is 11x11 roughly.
