This community is gated, quiet, and very pet friendly! We've really enjoyed our time here. Maintenance and management are very quick to remedy any small issues we've had. The townhomes are split in to three "phases", this particular one is in phase 3, meaning it's the most recently updated with marble countertops and hard wood flooring. The location is great. It's approximately a 10 minute drive to the city, and 20 minutes away from Robinson Mall. You're welcome to contact us for details. We have not set an open house date, but we're willing to work with you if you're seriously interested. The third phase floor plans are not yet featured on Emerald Garden's website, but it is very similar to phase two (just more square footage and open kitchen). We've only been here for a few months. The lease goes until September of this year. After that, you would have the option to renew.
