Great location, five minute walk to NCSU North campus (no need to buy a parking permit!), ten minute walk to Cameron Village. I lived here for two years and hardly drove anywhere as everything is so close. It's been the perfect apartment for me, just the right size for one person and possibly a pet. The owners are very nice and accommodating as well. $675/month for students only. All utilities included except electric and wifi/cable. Pets up to 25lbs allowed.
