I have one friendly cat (very lazy). No pets please. I have Two other room tenants besides myself and my 14 year old respectful son every other week. One tenant is disabled and stays in her room almost the entire time on the other end of the house. The other tenant works full time during the day and he's very chill and keeps to himself. The house is literally located in the most convenient spot in Grand Terrace on Barton Rd. Tons of eateries, two grocery stores and 3 gas stations on the block. The 215 freeway is located a half mile west. Light to moderate kitchen privileges. Dedicated fridge and freezer room. Laundry room privileges. The living room is basically my hang out spot. I sleep in my son's room. I keep to myself and am chill. The shortest length tenant I've had was 16 months. The longest has been 7 years. Alcohol is ok in moderation. Nobody else in the house drinks. Smoking is ok outside. $750 a month plus a $400 security deposit. Month to month. A contract is required. Showing your last paycheck stub is required. You must work full time. Preferably daytime hours. Viewings are scheduled in the evenings except on the weekends pretty much all day. Owner pays for all utilities, internet, and cable. Renting terms are month to month. Electric is divided by 25%.
