this is a 3 bed room rv there is a main bedroom with a brand new queen bed a loft with a brand new queen bed and one more loft that has a toddler bed but can fit a twin or full bed instead. there is a main bathroom that has the washer and dryer in it and a half bathroom as well. it has a on demand hot water heater so as long as you have propane you have hot water. there is a fireplace in the main bedroom and the living room. there is a tv in the living room already. wifi is included in your rent along with electric. electric is charged by how much you use that month. if you add on propane or anything to your lot you will be charged for it with your rent as well. you are responsible for cleaning the black tank as well and if it gets clogged you'll pay for it to be fixed. Renter does pay for propane, the hot water heater, heat and stove all run on propane. You can fill propane on the rv park but it does get added on your monthly rent. no smoking inside the camper there will be a $1000 fine for smoking indoors. Keep the site clean, there is a dumpster on the other side of the park. You can put tied bags at the road by your lot Monday-friday before 10 am and it will be took for you but you can't leave any bags out overnight. if you have a dog you have to pick up after them you can be charged per pile if not. you will not be responsible for appliances breaking only for things you are at fault to. You can park in front of the camper or in the overflow parking across from the camper. The rv park has a pool and a pond to fish and is a gated rv park as well.
