I gutted the hole inside, then put all new solid white oak 3"1/4×3/4" . Then I put a forty gallon hot water heater in with pex plumbing. Then, the whole inside was painted along with washer and dryer hookup in the back bedroom.As I used it for a laundry room. New windows were put in for the back of the home and a shingle roof was built over thevtop of the home as well. This is located in a great spot.You will not find better neighbors.I also have three out buildings which gives you plenty of storage room.
