It would be nice for a small family or for students. The home has been updated with new flooring, A/C & duct work, paint and a new deck, but it still needs some work. I have been renting out the unit to various people, as it is a decent rental property. One of the previous tenants wasn't cleaning up after her cats properly and now the place has an odor.
