Second floor room in a beautiful Park Ave neighborhood home. We're looking for someone who is respectful, communicative, reasonably tidy, and a good fit in a friendly home with shared spaces. Pets can be considered. Utilities and internet included. Shared bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and living areas, first floor laundry, yard. Plenty of storage available in basement or attic. Gas fireplace. Alternate side street parking is consistently available. Additional furnishings for the room may be available if desired. I live here with my girlfriend, our delightful dog Sorcha, and a cat Dustmop. We are both 36 year old professionals who enjoy climbing, hiking, travelling, occasionally hosting friends. Beginning in fall, we will be travelling for a few weeks at a time, so you may have the house to yourself at times. We have one other renter until mid-October who has a well behaved dog.
