All adults must submit an application that includes criminal, credit, and eviction history checks, along with income verification (All done by Innago). They will be reimbursed for the cost if they become residents. Must have: - Credit score of 680+ - Household income per month at least 3x the rent - Eviction or criminal background history needs to be explained in the application.
