Neighborhood Description Fantastic neighborhood with great neighbors. The neighborhood has lots of children, and parents love walking them to school. Before we moved here, the neighbors bought the lots across the street from us and gave the land to the City of Decatur so that the neighborhood would have a park. This small Waddell Park is lovely, and grownups and children get to appreciate this unspoiled property every day. The view is absolutely lovely in all seasons.
