Looking for a quiet tenant, no parties, loud music, no drugs. Looking for a very trustworthy person. This Is a loft style house, 2 bedroom 1 bath house, approximately 900 sqft. House is located in the country 15 minutes north of the bolton exit off interstate 20. 40 minutes from jackson, 40 minutes from vicksburg --Does not include utilities. -- Also will be hunting close to the property. I require a background check and rental application. The house is currently being updated so the inside will change a little cosmetically. If you are able to complete the finishing work, I will take a portion off the rent. Also, if you cut the grass on the property, I will take a portion off the rent.
