The unit for rent is the basement apartment. This is a beautiful home out in the country among large trees with a forest feel next to a small stream. There is a fenced back yard but the upstairs tenants use it for their pets so to share this space is a possibility but only on a case by case basis. This unit is newer and it is in very good condition with with stainless appliances, farmers sink, and dishwasher. If you need furniture we do have some for you to use as an option. There is central heat and air conditioning with your own thermostat for your custom comfort.
