This is a country property with trees and a large redwood deck. The yard and surrounding areas require some upkeep. There is an outbuilding as well as other covered storage. Pets are negotiable. Please be aware that this home is in an agricultural zoned area, so farming practices are near. No smoking/drugs/marijuana allowed on property. We are asking for a minimum of a one-year lease. All utilities are at the expense of the tenant. Cost for utilities varies, also depends if tenant uses wood heat in colder months. Average utilities for previous tenant were $400-$500 per month.
