We built it in 1983. It has 3 bedrooms 2 baths, walk-in closet in master bedroom, closets in the other two bedrooms, 2 closets in hallway, a coat closet in the foyer, an attic for extra storage, two fireplaces with a wood burning stove, ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom, kitchen pantry with washer/dryer cove and folding doors on both, living room/dining room combination with two sliding glass doors leading out to the huge deck. We have a two car attached garage. we have a full basement with part of it finished as a rec room and the rest, about 1200 sq ft, is used as shop space, We had a heat pump for years but converted to natural gas heat about 10 years ago. We installed a new central A/C unit at the same time. The house was built with cedar siding but we had vinyl siding installed about 10 years ago too. The entire roof was replaced about 2 years ago. We have a well and septic system and have had no problems with either. The water tastes very good and has been tested several times. Our house is very efficient to heat and cool.
