NOTE: the silly Make Me Move price underscores the fact that that this home is NOT FOR SALE and never will be again. Our very large, beautiful home is associated with the expanding Songaia Cohousing Community (www.songaia.com) - we bought it because of its immediate adjacency to Songaia. Its owners, all Songaia members, purchased the property in 2010. In 2001, the 1947 farmhouse was completely rebuilt by a Microsoft couple as their dream home. It was over-engineered and built to last (a previous nick-name was the Hundred-year House). It has many high-end features, e.g. closets that illuminate when opened, bamboo in-floor heating, operable skylights, top quality ceiling fans, outdoor gas pipes for BBQ, and many others. It is growing into special spaces for its residents and is fact becoming a valued extension of the Songaia community. Neighborhood Description Songaia Cohousing Community and its the neighboring properties (including this one) are becoming green islands surrounded by suburban track homes - very nice ones, but quite standard conventional homes. We created a path that connects this property with Songaia which is used on a day-to-day basis as we create a more sustainable world, one green property at a time.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
