This lovely casita comes with all of the iconic New Mexican adobe-home details such as vigas (natural wood-beamed ceilings), tiled floors, two skylights, kiva fireplace, private patio surrounded by latilla fencing, two copper sinks, and colorful tile countertops. It is a short walk (less than ten minutes) to the plaza and within easy walking distance to most of the best galleries, coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores Taos has to offer. The monthly rental fee includes all utilities such as electric, internet, basic cable TV, garbage pickup, landscaping/snow removal, and water. There is sufficient parking (for one car only) steps away from the private entrance. Pets are not allowed in the complex without special permission and additional fees. The lease must be for at least one month and up to eight months in length depending on the date of initiation. There is a departure cleaning fee of $250. There is an individual available to do regular cleaning if you wish. You can negotiate the fee and schedule with that individual and pay them directly.
