There is sufficient parking steps away from the private entrance. Pets are not allowed in the complex without special permission and additional fees. The lease must be for at least one month and up to eight months in length depending on the date of initiation. There is a departure cleaning fee of $250. There is an individual available to do regular cleaning if you wish. You can negotiate the fee and schedule with that individual and pay them directly.
