The place is furnished except for the room for rent, and there are 2 washers and dryers in the basement. The room is reasonable size (around roughly 144 sq ft.) and a shared bathroom. Roommates are both very easy to get along with (young professionals). Neighborhood is nice and there is a bus stop next to the building. Hyde park 3 bed 2 bath condo, 2 minute away from I71 and 5 minutes from Rookwood. Massive living room and bedroom. Very spacious with hardwood and carpets. Granite countertops and stainless steal appliances! Water & garbage included in rent. WiFi and Gas/Electric are separate from monthly rent (est. $60-$80/month per person)
