It can sleep up to 14 guests and kids will sleep on the floor or in tents and you can do up to 18 this way........ base rate is 590 a night and you can add 15 to 20 per night per person over the size of group of 4 or 6. it is an established money maker.. but you have to work it and become one with it to make it work for you.The home will produce upwards of 90k a year or more if you work it. Additional property (2 acres aprox) available to buyer at first refusal// 80k for the extra land. Recent current survey. or a package all inclusive deal of the Gingerbread house. the extra land and buyer pays all costs to transfer and I end up with a final payment of 600k.My bookings will transfer with the rental,,,,,,,,,,, also there is a part of the lower level that could be turned into a gameroom.. it is 15x36 and you could even add another bedroom down there with the gameroom.
