This home has been well cared for only 2 owners. We have installed new floors, and remodeled the bathroom. We installed ceiling fans in every room and new light fixtures in every room. The house also only had window units and oil furnace. We removed old system and installed central heat/air unit all electric with new duct work. The house is on county water but the well is still in operation we use it to water garden and washing cars. There is a built in storage room under the attached carport. There are 3 spacious rooms, living room, dining room, large kitchen with new lament flooring, hard wood floors in rest of the house. There is extra room we use as an office with a large closet. The roof was replaced in 2015 it is a metal roof. There are also 2 large sheds in the back yard, and underground dog fence already installed. Also recently finished a large landscaping project you have to see!!! The house is in the country where it is quite, and beautiful with lots of wildlife to enjoy year around but still only a 5 minute ride to town.
