This home has been well cared for only 2 owners. We have installed new floors, and remodeled the bathroom. We installed ceiling fans in every room and new light fixtures in every room. The house also only had window units and oil furnace. We removed old system and installed central heat/air unit all electric with new duct work. The house is on county water but the well is still in operation we use it to water garden and washing cars. There is a built in storage room under the attached carport.
