CUTE little house on a private horse farm in Indian Hills, Colorado. Indian Hills is an itty-bitty town tucked between Morrison and Evergreen (zip code 80454 so you can see it on a map). We are only 23 miles (35 min from the Auraria campus in downtown Denver). Internet is Comcast and plenty fast enough to do a meeting on Zoom or enjoy binge watching Netflix! Some are super-easy and other are more of a true hike. We consistently have elk and deer wander through. It is truly a BEAUTIFUL place! The house is darling too! Kitchen with granite counters and soft-close cabinetry. Good sized bedroom, and good closet space. There is also a little shed that you can store your gear in too! We are the owners and live on the other side of the road. Your house is TOTALLY separate. Pets will be considered on an individual basis (cat or dog could all be allowed).
