    Meanwhile, my beautiful home in Hayward Hills, CA will be available for rent. It can be rented as a whole, or by the "Wing" or by the room. There are 2 separate "wings" of the house, connected by the kitchen. The West wing has a 2 room "unit", with its own bathroom and big walk-in closet, private entrance and access to the all amenities of the backyard oasis. ($1500) The East Wing has 2 separate bedrooms that can be rented together or separately, and a full bathroom. Essentially, if you rent the whole wing - it's very comfortable living, where you will feel like you have the whole house to yourself. It's private, spacious, has great views out of windows, warm and cosy. And quiet! Our massage chair will have you melted as you watch your favorite films on big screen TV! ($2400 for the entire wing). You also can enjoy gardens and the beautiful backyard amenities at your leasure! About the location: I personally love it! It is central to, literally, every part of the Bay Area. Easy access to i580, yet it's a quiet beautiful suburban area without any through traffic. You will save a ton of $ by going down the street just 5 minute walk - to our lovely fresh local grocery store that gets its veggies and fruit from local farms! And there are all kinds of other stores around within 5 minute drive! Straight line (6 min drive) to downtown where there's a movie theater, brewery, great local restaurants and amazing performances by musicians that happen almost every night! And the PARKS! We walk our dogs to Don Castro park - a wonderful trail and exercise if you want to forget that you are close to the city. It feels like you have gotten away from it all, as you walk by the tall eucalyptus trees and enjoy the little lake, or in summertime the park offers a swimming lagoon and picnic areas. There's the Lake Cabot just about a 15 minute drive away. The rolling hills of the Hayward Hills area, and many other forested trails that will keep you breathing fresh air and enjoying tranquillity of nature. Enjoy the sunsets from our deck and lovely get-togethers with friends in the lower level Zen house. Or fun dinners by the fireplace! This house has a lot of love put into it and it is ready to be an enjoyed by new occupants! You are welcome to rent the entire house as well, for a discounted rate of $3800, which is a steal by Bay Area standards. The rentals are available starting November 25th. We will request standard background/cdt check for tenants. Tenants pay own utilities. Lease 6+ month. (To move-in 1st/last rent + $500 deposit ). I will consider offers to rent the East Wing rooms separately ($1250) Currently the house is and rented furnished. But it's negotiable. We prefer 6 month+ leases, as we will be living abroad and feel it necessary to look for more long term tenants. Utilities will be divided between tenants, based on usage and subject to change.
