    What the owner loves about this home
    The lodge has too many great features to list, but the quiet, peaceful area is probably the most wonderful part of property. The lodge lives big!! Plenty of space for multiple groups to recreate. What also makes this property special at this point is the price. At the current asking price we are at around $160 a sq ft. Median prices for homes in the area are around $400 dollars per sq. ft. The buyer gets a huge amount of square footage for a really great price. No HOA fees, your own well, so no water bill, and your own septic systems, so no sewer bills.
