We are two young professionals looking for a third person to live in this beautiful, spacious, three bedroom apartment. Applicants should be non-smokers who are clean, quiet, and respectful. The apartment is two stories in a renovated house, has two full bathrooms, all new appliances, free access to a new front load washer and dryer, new carpeting in the bedrooms, wood flooring in the living room and kitchen, and off-street parking. Tenants pay for heat, gas, electric, and internet. Utilities are usually about $5075 per person in addition to rent. Landlord pays for water and garbage removal. We currently have a medium/long haired cat and so cannot accommodate any further cats. Dogs must be pre-approved by landlord, and are subject to a pet deposit.
