Lot 65, Phase IV, Open land in Wild Horse Ranch subdivision, Catron County, NM, Pie Town address. There is an LOA. Overall the LOA is pretty easy going but you do need to be aware of setbacks, land clearing, etc. The main thing the LOA addresses is road maintenance. The annual fee is $125.00. This is a wonderful place. We lived there full time on the lot just north of Lot 65 for 8 years. I went back to work and we lived there part-time another 7 years. At one time we had 5 lots in a block. We have been gradually selling off the lots due to the fact we are vagabonds. We have never lived anywhere this long. None of these pictures do justice to what your views will be. This is like living in a National Park. From the NW corner you look down Tank Canyon for miles. Note if you enter 23 East Alexis Rd, in google earth it does not show up right. It used to. Now it shows up on a Phase V lot at the end of Alexis. Also, important, you have electrical lines along Alexis and fiber-optic cable. thus electricity and high-speed internet are easy to set up for a rural area. Some idea as to the views and landscape: a pic from the bluffs above lot 64 with 65 just to the right. Also, pic from bluffs with 65 in the mid picture and lot 64 to the left. Note-the address coming up on my emails is 23 Alexis. The actual address is 23 East Alexis. I can't see how to change it. Please look at the Google earth picture under the Pictures and the plat of Phase IV for the correct location.
