Heats with electric baseboards Tenant responsible for lawn care and snow removal Appliances are not included but can be for additional monthly fee. Pet policy: Our pet policy is on a case by case basis but our insurance company will not permit Pit Bulls, Rottweiler, Dobermans, Chows or any other animal that has ever shown aggressive or violent behavior. If the animal isn't any of those breeds we must do an inspection of your current residence. Tenant must follow all applicable pet laws and ordinances. If all is well we would make an exception but a one time non refundable pet fee equal to half of one months rent, and a renters insurance policy with liability would be required.
