We hope to find a renter who is amenable to us continuing to make improvements to the property (yard and possibly exterior of the main house and garage). We also plan to provide monthly insect prevention, monthly septic system maintenance, ensure smoke detector batteries are changed & change HVAC filters on schedule. Maintenance issues will be handled promptly. The house is being rented UNFURNISHED. Renter is responsible for all utilities (electric, gas, water, trash). There is NO sewer bill- property is on septic. Renter must review and sign a rental document detailing terms of rental. Renter must review and sign septic education document. No pets allowed on property by renter or guests. No smoking/vaping/drug use in the home or on the property by renter or guests.
