Our home is located in Villa Capri Mobile Home Park which is a 55+ park. Our home is a 1974 Champion 12x65. It has double awnings and a nicely landscaped yard. It has a bright open livingroom with a vaulted ceiling. It has split bedrooms each with their own bath. We have an additional 9x12' room added on to the front porch which can accomodate various uses. It has water and electricity in it.A small AC unit is in the room so it will be comfortable both summer and winter. The kitchen is very easy to work in and has ample storage and cupboards. The home is very clean and hasbeen well maintained so no major repairs will be needed upon moving in. Included with our monthly fee of $401 is the water, sewer, garbage and cable tv. All we have to pay for is gas, and electricity. If we need an internet hookup Simply Bits services our park for a modest monthly fee after installation costs. We also have wifi access to the internet in the clubhouse for anyone to use.
