Adorable furnished 1 bdrm cottage on a small farm for $1,100 per month. It typically rents for $1,900/month but if you want to do a partial trade, we can go as low as $1,100/month. Trade chores include dog walking and light farm/garden work when we are away from the farm for days/weeks at a time for work and travel. You must be fit enough to walk our two dogs for 1 to 2 hours 5 days per week. You must have some experience with yard and garden work. Any experience with poultry, horses, etc. a bonus. Utilities covered, including Wi-fi. Month to month, short or long term. Quiet, rural location with the sound of farm animals and nature around you. We have a 10-acre farm 5 minutes east of Bend. The cottage is small (600 sq. ft) but has a large bedroom with a comfy new queen bed, W/D, lots of natural wood, a view of the orchard, a nice yard, and plenty of fresh air. It's furnished including all kitchen amenities, linens, etc. You must love animals and the country life. We live in the main house on the farm and value our privacy and peace. A mostly indoor pet considered. Utilities included. Might charge a surcharge if tenant requires a lot of internet bandwidth.
