MOUNT SNOW, VT SEASONAL RENTAL This cozy townhome is located in West Dover, VT., right down the road from MOUNT SNOW, boasts beautiful views out the back windows of the tree lined back yard and Deerfield River. There is a wood burning fireplace and comfy couches to sink into after a long day on the slopes. The home comes fully furnished. You can have towels and linens provided for small fee or you may save money and bring your own sheets and towels. You can rent for the 2026-2027 ski season now and make this your home away from home. The rental runs from November 13th, 2026 to April 13th, 2027. It is located about 1.5 miles from the mountain. The Moover stops at the end of the driveway and you can take the shuttle to and from the mountain, if need be. Tenant is responsible for electric bills and, if wanted, a cable bill. The Landlord will supply internet at no extra charge. Snow removal, firewood and trash removal are included. Parking is available in front of the unit and in side lots. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms sleeps 6 or more, plus 2 comfy couches ABSOLUTELY NO PETS NO SMOKERS AT ALL (this is a non-smoking property) NO GROUP RENTALS OR SUBLETS LOCATION in relation to the mountain: 1.5 miles to mountain DINING - you can walk to Sticky Fingers, Tony's Pizza, 1MTN, and 7-Eleven Lease will run from November 13th through April 13th. The tenant will pay in full at signing of lease. Two keys will be provided and a lock box outside the unit will contain an extra key. Electric will be placed in the tenant's name, to start on move-in date. Cleaning fees will be discussed prior to lease signing. There will be NO PETS or SMOKING permitted on this property or in the unit. PAYMENT: An advance payment equal to 100% of the rental rate is required to confirm reservations. The advanced payment will be applied toward the property rental price. Please make payments in the form of bank money orders or cashier's checks payable to the homeowner. The advanced payment is not a damage deposit. Rental rate and fees are as follows: Rental Rates: DUE UPON SIGNING OF THE LEASE Total Rental Cost = $18,000.00 for the 5 months (November 13, 2026 to April 13, 2027 Reservation/Damage Deposit to be converted into a Security/Damage Deposit once lease is signed = $1,900.00 (not included in the rental rate). To be refunded in full, within 30 days after check out, if no damages are found) Final Cleaning Fee = $200.00 ~ included with initial rental price Linen Fee (to wash all bedding after departure) = $100.00 ~ in addition to rental cost (if bringing your own bedding, no extra charge) Water Bill Coverage = $300.00 ~ included with initial rental price TOTAL Due $18,000.00 + $100.00 linen fee + $1,900.00 = $20,000.00 for the season CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay will not result in any refund of any money received. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or security deposit. ADDITIONAL CHARGES: The TENANT will be responsible for: Placing electric in his/her name and paying the electric bills for the time of the rental. (Green Mountain Power is the electric company to be used) Fines or summons imposed by the Dover Police and/or the state of Vermont as a result of your actions. Fines, as imposed by the condo association, as a result of TENANT actions. Any damage to the property, condo and/or its contents caused by TENANT.
