This is a fairly quiet neighborhood with low traffic but easy access to highways and commercial areas. The homes and properties are well-kept. The streets and sidewalks are in good condition. Most of the homeowners seem to have older teens or be empty nesters. We are in our early 30s with no children and are easily the youngest as far as I can tell.
