Quiet, peaceful neighborhood in Lynhaven Shores area, off Shore Drive, on the Bay side. Walking distance to GREAT restaurants, bars, grocery stores & shops... all within 1-3 blocks! I prefer if you rent for at least 3 months, but I'm open to rent month-to-month. Blankets, sheets, pillows, towels, beach towels included. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare food, bake, cook, and eat; you provide food & drinks! There's a big charcoal grill in the back yard. Rent includes: ALL utilities, WiFi, Fios cable TV, DVR, DVD players, 3-car parking on premises. There is a one-time cleaning fee of $150. If there is property damage, it will be deducted from the security deposit. No smoking allowed in the house or front porch; only in the front and back yards. You are expected to abide by the "beach house rules" and keep the house clean during your stay. Arrival & Departure dates are to be honored. Rent MUST be paid by the 1st of each month, including the last month. Security deposit will be refunded AFTER final confirmation walk-thru, on check-out day, provided there is no property damage or missing items.
