This is an efficiency apartment. There can only be one occupant and no pets. Owner pays for electric, gas, water, trash & sewer. Late fees will be assessed after the 5th day of your due date in the amount of $50.00 and then $5.00 per day until the rent is paid. Due to city guidelines no more than one person can be in this unit. We do not allow pets. There is a $50 application fee.
