This apartment is located over our attached garage. My husband, two adult grandchildren and I occupy the main house. The apartment entrance is located inside the garage. We recently installed new LVT flooring and repainted the entire apartment. There is everything you need to live, cook, etc in the large apartment. The kitchen has a full size stove and refrigerator as well as a small pantry. The kitchen is stocked with all kinds of cooking equipment as well as dishes, glassware and silverware. There is also a small storage space attached to the bedroom. A starter supply of necessary items like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc, will be provided. Belton is a small community situated near Anderson, Easley and Greenville SC. Ingles grocery is located within 2 miles of our home, as well as several fast food restaurants, CVS, Dollar General's and convenience/fuel stores. Several full service restaurants are also within this area. ECT (Anderson bus service) has a stop very near the Ingles grocery. We have a museum, county library, Belton Center for the Arts, tennis and pickle ball courts. The recreation center offers membership for their gym and basketball courts. Hair and nail salons, and an authentic old time barber shop are in-town as well. Numerous banks, chiropractors, churches of several denominations, furniture stores and other businesses are also found locally. During the warmer months there are outdoor events on the Town Square. Tennis events, a farmers market, and a large antique store are within the city center. Belton also hosts the SC Chili Cookoff and the Standpipe festival every year. This one bedroom apartment is fully furnished with all utilities included. We require a 30 day minimum and/or a maximum of 1 year lease to be signed prior to occupancy. Income verification and a background check is also required. A $200 one time cleaning fee is required as well as the purchase of renters insurance. No smoking allowed and a maximum of two occupants are permitted. Small pets are negotiable. If approved an additional pet fee would be required. Tenant is responsible for trash removal to the receptacle on the parking pad, unless they choose the optional cleaning service available. Laundry facilities are shared in the main house, but dependent on time and items to be washed. Although utilities are included we would expect the use of these services to be efficient and practical to avoid additional charges. This is a quiet neighborhood therefore no loud music or gatherings are permitted.
