It has a private sliding glass door entry from a partially covered exclusive deck of 22 ft x 14 ft. The space is intended for one occupant, but can have an additional bed for the occasional visitor. It can be furnished or unfurnished. It is just 7 minutes walk to the beach on a shaded board walk along a forest trail to Sliders Seaside Grill. You will have on-site parking on a concrete driveway and the house and deck faces natural forest scenery surrounding a quite cull de sac in an upscale neighborhood. All utilities are included as well as high speed internet. We are looking for one occupant, but can accommodate occasional visitors. Smoking is only allowed outside on the deck. There is parking space for one vehicle on the driveway right next to the stairs leading to the deck. We are flexible on the terms, but a one year lease is preferred and can be renewed indefinitely if you are a good fit.
